What iPhone models are compatible?

HeatLoadPro requires an iPhone with LiDAR — that's iPhone 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, or any iPhone 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, or 16 Pro model and later.

How accurate are the heat load calculations?

Calculations follow Manual J methodology and are suitable for equipment sizing estimates. For stamped engineering drawings, consult a licensed HVAC engineer.

Can I use the app without a subscription?

You can download the app and try it free. A Pro subscription is required for unlimited projects and PDF report generation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel at any time.

Does the app work offline?

Room scanning and annotation work offline. Heat load calculation and design temperature lookup require an internet connection.

How do company/team plans work?

Company plans are invoiced annually and include multiple user seats. Contact us to set up a company plan.
