• Account information: Email address and password (stored securely via Supabase) when you create an account.
• Project data: Room scan data, heat load calculations, and project details you create in the app. This data is stored locally on your device.
• Purchase information: Subscription status is managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage data: Basic app analytics to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the HeatLoadPro service
• To verify your subscription status and grant access to Pro features
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party services required to operate HeatLoadPro:

• Supabase — Authentication and account management
• RevenueCat — Subscription and entitlement management
• Apple — In-app purchases and App Store distribution
• Railway — Backend API hosting for heat load calculations

Data Retention

Project data is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the app. Account data is retained until you request deletion. To delete your account, contact us at support@heatloadpro.app.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

HeatLoadPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
